EXERCISE CLASSES
Keeping fit is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercising with others not only keep you motivated but the fun element makes the hour class fly by!

Aerobic Workout
On a day to day basis I teach a variety of classes including Spin, Aerobics, Body Attack, Body Combat to name a few. These classes are designed to get the heart rate going and to make you sweat. Aerobic fitness will help you to lose weight and makes your body feel a whole lot better! In a group environment you are constantly kept motivated and pushed on to keep you going to the end of the class. A slightly lower level class would be a Dance based class such as Body Jam, Shokk FX or Salsa Aerobics - these classes will make you hot and sweaty but your Heart rate will be lower do the low impact options.

Weight Training
The classic Bums & Tums class seems to have been taken over by the modern alternatives of Body Pump, Ab Blasts and Core Stability. Weight training is essential for keeping the body toned and to develop strength and muscles. Although these classes are low impact your body is tested to its limits with weight bearing exercises.

Core Stability
I teach a large number of fitball classes each week and find that this class is the best for developing the stomach muscles in addition to making the participant work on their postural awareness (for more information on this please contact me)
